Itechbposolution.in — after completion of work they are asking me to pay money reversely

I worked for a company named itech in march of captcha work filling 10, 000 captcha in 10days for digital agreement that is 90% accuracy and i didn't sign anywhere. He asked me to sign in a paper and send the pic of it and he copied that sign on the agreement. After completion of work they asked me to pay the penalty for not given 90%accuracy or else they will file a case and proceed legally i got feared and payed the money and got noc from the company. Now after 6months they called me again and asking me to pay 22650 for noncancellation of the agreement orelse file a case and proceed legally. Please help me.
