[Resolved]  Itechbposolution.in — whether it is a fraud or not

Hello i apply for captche typing work and i registered and send a link to open and ask me to upload my signature and photos and after a minutes i receive a mail that i sign an agreement with itech without knowing and when i want to cancel they ask me to pay the penalties and i don't pay legal action will be taken.

So please help me is this real or scam

Respected sir/madam They call me and ask to pay the utilities fees and when we start to discuss they reject the phone.They said that I don't pay this utilities they will take it legally.As I said earlier I don't know it is an agreement they ask me to upload the photos and signature.So please help me I'm still a student from where I will got money I'm depressed please resolve my problem
