ITES Worldwide Solutions — Defective TV screen - Samsung

I had bought SAMSUNG plasma TV 43” PS43E40B1R from Samsung authorized dealer in Karachi ( Jaffar & Sons, contact No.[protected] about 2 years back at cost of PKR 70, 000 (21/11/12). Within one month from purchase it had developed fault in its screen. After repeated complaints only the screen was replaced by Samsung. Now again the screen has gone defective, TV stopped working with a weird cracking sound & only red power light is blinking. On payment got this cheeked through another authorized dealer “ Electro Palace “ and its technician confirmed that screen is short and it will cost Rs another PKR 40, 000. I have gone through different blogs on internet and have come to the conclusion that most of the plasma TV sold worldwide by Samsung had defective screen . Need compensation of this loss through reimbursement of total cost or replacement with a brand new TV (LCD / LED not plasma)
