[Resolved]  Itzcash Card — Refund not received more than 45 days

I have booked the bus ticket to travel yaari on 30th apr 2015 amount paid through itz cash apparently ticket was cancelled by customer on 2nd may 2015, after so much follow up with travel yaari they have refunded the amount sum of rs.1755 details appended below. Apparently i stop using itzcash to issue the flight ticket and bus ticket because of the issue, i do not want do the business where there is no help from the portal side. Because of this itz cash loosing the business from ourside.
