IV Support Technologies — False Information about business.

Hi, I am writing this complaint on a company named IV support Technologies which is located in RR Towers III, Guindy Industrial Estate. I received lot of calls from this company regarding interview and i attended interview after multiple calls. I was referred by Abinesh (Hr). I joined the company on October 16, 2013 and I was in the company only till November 10. We were not allowed to do much work. One day, they were receiving less amount of calls and chat through Google which is their major source of business. We were asked to come to office and sit simply without any work for entire month. I asked team leader and he said that there was a policy change in google and they are not getting lot of customers. When i asked him whether they will take the new people out of the company. They said "The Business will be active in two weeks and noone will be asked to resign". After few weeks, we heard that few people were asked to resign from the company. I again asked the team leader about it and he said not to worry about it. I received a call on November 10 saying that there is a meeting at 5 pm and my friends also received the call. We went to the meeting and we were asked to resign from the company saying that they lost their business and they cant pay us. Shalini (Hr) and Shankar (Hr Manager) assured us that once the business is active, they will surely inform us and we will be given offer to join the company. I didnt take any uninformed leave and i was regular to work. I resigned along with my friends and many people resigned the company too. Now they are recruiting people for their company and when i called Fathima (Hr), she told that they are not recruiting ex employees. Why did they assure us before if they are not ready to take ex-employees? Why did they ask us to resign when i was regular at work? I really need someone to take action regarding this because i lost the job and it created a bad impression in my career history. My employee id is ivst1498 and my name is Manoj Kesavan M.
