Hi, I have made a booking through IXIGO. Still i don't receive the cashback they are saying you don't have made the booking through ixigo. Even I have the screenshots for the same. Ixigo — CASH BACK DENIED ON FLIMSY GROUNDS
I booked two tickets of jet airways via their website on 12 May.I filled up claim form on 12 May itself.But they are denying cashback without ant solid reason.
