I booked the ticket with reference number -- IF[protected]. I purchased the ixigo assured benefit as well, as it protect the cancellation charges.
I had to cancel my onwards flight and as per their communication the amount should have been refunded within 7 business days but it's already 10 business days passed by and amount is not refunded although airline already refunded the amount and customer care executives keeps giving the same reply that their is some technical issue and on asking the about the exact issue they don't give any proper reply.
