Jabbar Travels — bad service, unethical behaviour

I was travelling from pune to bangalore on 27/10/2018. I chose a sleeper berth (Sl 1) in jabbar travels (Vehicle no. Nl 01 b 1203), booked via redbus, that was supposed to pick me up from chandni chowk at 8pm. The bus came at around 8:45pm. The driver and the other staff present in the bus were extremely rude, and yelled at me to get in fast. When i went to my berth, there was another person sitting in my berth (Which isn't allowed, i'm presuming), who had to get down in the next stop, so i had to access the used berth, which was messy and unclean. Moreover, when i told them i had 2 bags with me, and i wanted to put one bag in the storage compartment, the driver plainly refused saying that there was no place. There was no place to keep my bag below the berth either, so i had to keep both the bags in my berth, leaving me very little place to sleep.in the next stop, the staff took in some goods from one of their offices and put them in the storage compartment. They were probably transporting these goods as a side business, but i was startled at how less they cared about their customers that they preferred to use the storage area for something else other than keeping customer luggage. All in all, it was a very bad experience with congested space, staff behaving rudely (Including the driver using foul language and hurling abuses to other traffic).
