Jabbar Travels — driver rude behavior and goods material transport in passenger bus

Iwas travelling to hyderabad from mumbai on 7th may 2018 in jabbar travels bus seat no u4 bus number ar01 j 2122.
After 2 hours journy bus was stopped at petrol station for fuel filling in the time i informed and went wash room and came back with in 10 minutes bus is left to without pickup me, request the mumbai office please stop i will catch bus, and taken driver phone number called him 6 times but his not answering finely i booked other car and cache at pune... I asked driver why you not pick me his answer given rudely we don't have that much time. After 30 minutes travel he is stopped bus almost 30min at pune jabbar travels office for luggage loading...
I think this travels not for passenger...
Goods material (Rubber sheets and some wooden boxes) passengers safety not required to him... If incase lady's in the same position what happened.
