[Resolved]  Jabong.com — No Response regarding refund.

This is regarding my order#[protected] which i returned Ref No:13390689. I wanted the amount to be credited back to my account and i sent an email to [protected]@jabong.com to which initially they responded stating that i will receive an email to upload my bank account details. I never received an email after that and checked that the refund has been credited as Jabong points. I have sent a couple of more emails after that to them but they wont even reply anymore. Request you to please credit the amount back to my Citibank account, below are the details of the same. Hey Avishek

I like to inform you that refund was initiated in form of NEFT. The amount will start reflecting in your bank account within 24 hrs. We also tried to contact you however the call was unanswered.
