Jabong — delivered wrong product and asking me to bear loss of cashback | |||||
I placed an order (Order number [protected].) on jabong.com on 24th dec, 2017 in offer of citibank card where i was supposed to get 15% cashback on shopping of minimum rs. 3000. I placed order for rs 3864. Hence i was eligible for cashback. They cancelled one product themselves stating they don't have stock and for one other product they sent me wrong item. The wrong item was not in return category. Hence they are ready to give the money. But then the total amount would go below rs 3000 and i will have to bear the loss of cashback also. They cancelled the order and also sent me a wrong product. Why should i bear loss of cashback. They also wasted 15 days. Now they are forcing me to bear the loss and saying they are doing a favor by taking the product back (Which they sent wrong item). Please help me with this. They have closed my complaint without any resolution and are mailing me that "please note that this decision is final. We will not be able to entertain any further communication in this regard."
