Dear, Sir, I have my SB a/c in Erode Main branch for last few years. My Account Number - [protected]( Jagadeesh S). Last wednesday 16.11.16 I submitted Signature updation form along with my passport size Photograph and Adhaar Card photocopy to your Bank staff. she replied that with in a day my new sign will be updated. Even though 4 working days has been crossed, it is not yet updated. Further on the same day, i submitted request letter for new cheque book having 20 leaves. So please kindly update my new signature and ask your branch to give me cheque book as early as possible. Hope you will keep your goodwill for better relationship. I have booked 2 Tatkal tickets from Kavali(KVZ) to Secunderabad on 15/01/2017. But It was not conformed. I paid Rs.890 for but refunded Rs.770 Why they cut Rs.120 with out cancellation .I need a explanation.
