I am from Jagatpur OBC Colony, near Gyan Vihar University. In our area there are huge number of stray dogs. They create nuisance for the people in neighbourhood, attacking and biting people, especially kids. This has created an unsafe atmosphere for stepping out of the house. Request you to send stray dog catcher to help us in this matter.
