Jaguar — Service person took money and didn't come to fix

I logged a complaint on Jaguar for flush issues

Person called S.E.ezhil came and checked it
He said the instrument is broken and will cost ₹5000
I transferred money to him and he said will get material and come But it’s been 5 days he has not come
I called him to check he said it will take 2 days
Now he is not picking calls at all
