I had pathetic experience with jaguar.
I had ordered bathroom glass cubicle of 900 mm from one of the dealers in delhi but by mistake the person made the bill and sent the cubicle of 1200 mm which we didn't notice before they delivered. I have not even opened the box and it is in completely packed state and I have the bill and everything but still the dealers is refusing to exchange it. Also I have called jaguar customer care so many times but I m getting no help from the jaguar team or the dealer. Whenever i call the jaguar customer care they keep transferring the calls to service or sales and purchase department. And finally when I was able to file the complaint then I got their response as " jaguar sales support team declined to replace". I have never experienced such problem with any of the other companies. This is so unprofessional. I seriously regret to order from jaguar and spent 25k. I will never recommend jaguar to anyone.
I hope jaguar solves my problem asap and keep the trust alive of all their customers else I need to file the complaint in the customer court. Was this information helpful? |
