Jai Prakash University — Requesested Online to get Degree Certificate and made payment, but not received. | |||
I have requested for Degree certificate on 25.11.2020 through online portal of Jay Prakash University Chapra, and made online payment of Rupees 700 to receive certificate through Postal mode. Transaction code is[protected] for payment. but even after 9 months i did not receive my certificate on give address. Status for the request is still showing Submit, Payment status is showing success, but i don't know why my certificate is not getting delivered. I am a physically challenged person and i out of state for long time due to my health issue. kindly get this resolve on priority, so that could get my certificate.
