Jain Enterprises — Sweat slim belt

Received the product yesterday on[protected], on the box, size is mentioned as l-xxl. But when opened the box found a packet without the size sticker & another with 4xl. None of this product fitting for my wife. Small sized one too small & 4xl sized one too big. Called the delivery boy immediately, he said to contact customer care. Called around 5 times yesterday to the number given on the box[protected]. 1st they were saying some one will contact from complaint department, no body contacted, today also called 5 times minimum, saying the same thing. And now they are not responding properly when i say its a product complaint.
