I received a sweat slim belt on 01/08/2016 ordered influenced by tv advertisement marketed by jain enterprises, 54, c. Nagar, new sang road, jaipur (Raj). I have paid rs.1590/- for goods and rs.300/- vide retail invoice no.434 dated 01/08/2016 issued by shree laxmi enterprises (Courier service), shop no.:41, durga das colony, minawala, vaisali margm, jaipur-301020. It was made me to understand that if the product is not effective or defective the same will be replaced or amount will be refunded if the complaint is made within 15 days. As customer care no. [protected] was on working, on 02/08/16 i called on mr. Ajit mob. No.[protected] (Branch mobile customer care no.).in between my calls are not attended to since 02/08/2016, mr. Ajit is assuring me to get the product replaced by the company but till date i. E. 28/08/2016 that has not taken place yet. I have also sent sms to mr. Ajit. I also called the consumer care no.[protected] of jain enterprises, jaipur who did not provide me the complain number rather replied that i would be getting a call from their complaints department but in vain. It has been more than 3 weeks now. I am still waiting for their actions in the matter. I need someone in helping me getting my money back or replacement of product. Please help.
