Jain International Organisation [JIO] — complaint regarding my net recharge

I have recharger my no 499 plan for using net for my office work by there net is not working, but net speed is very slow, i am not doing my work. And i have no more money for recharge, so i request u to plz refund my mony abck. I have talk many time jio care for this but no one help me, i wast my 499 rs, i request many time for refund but they did not. I request that plz refund my money back as soon as posible.
