I am having jio mediclaim policy from last 18 months but still my claim for maternity benifits got rejected, i have contacted jio sevaral times but no one is there to response, everything is online whom should i contact.
I think jio mediclaim is a comlete waste of money.
Every year jio changes its tpa. But for that why should a customer, customer has purchased the policy from jio, and not from any tpa like icici lombard, united sompo etc.
What kind of management these people are having only god knows.
