Jain International Organisation [JIO] — refund issue can't process early and now no option available for refund

I tried to take the refund but was not able to collect the refund as i don't know about the dd/online payment still not able to recall the payment method as the site is asking about the payment details an right now the site is not accesing me to the refund page as i called the payu for my information regards payment but no one is picking up the call.. Help me out with the same as soon as possible

God sir/Mam, we have recharge in mobile application phonepe debit in card but balance Jio application not available another time in my Jio applications recharge in mobile two times recharge reveals in amount please sir mobile no two number [protected] another number [protected]
