I have recently paid premium for the shravak aarogyam mediclaim group insurance policy 2019-20 on march 30. Mistakenly i made double payment of premium. I got two confirmation emails with separate payment ids, but same transaction id. I submitted a mail to jio requesting for refund of excess payment. I got a confirmation that indeed they have received duplicate payment.
It has been more than one and half months, but i haven't received any refund as yet. I have called jio head office at least 10 times, made a personal visit to the office at panchsheel plaza, wrote constant reminder emails, but no one is able to respond or confirm when i will get my refund. Many a times, no one picks up the phone at head office, or simply gives a vague reply "you will get a refund". I was informed the list of people who have to receive refund was finalized on 15th april itself, but there has been no action from accounts department.
Can someone please help me get my money back?
