I AM victim of the fraud by Vatika Mindscapes. They sold me a unit on the pretex of rental income which never happened. they took my 40 lakhs of which nothing is being refunded, not given possession nor being rented out, so no income . they have rented their owned units but not ours. i am senior citizen and this was my only source of pension in old age. instead they are sending me maintenance bills without any one using it. this is not fair. they shoudl have waived off entire maintenance as no one is using it .. but as a unfair business practise they want to make money on everything without living upto their promise.
