This is to bring to your attention that I, Mrs. P Chakraborty had invested Rs 67000/- in JP group's FD scheme in March, 2014. FDR number is 00605999. The maturity of the same was due on February, 2015 and the maturity amount comes to Rs 75127/-. However, I have not received the amount even after six months of the maturity date. I request concerned authorities of the JP group to look into this urgently and repay the maturity amount with due interest as soon as possible. Your urgent action will be appreciated.
