Jamboree — Worst admissions counseling & jamboree test prep sucks | |||
I am having serious issues with my admission counselors in Jamboree. I paid around 40 thousand and wasted my money on such lame unprofessional people.Firstly they appointed Javed Alam from Delhi as my Counsellor. He was not even having the essential knowledge about the Bschools. Then after my constant complaint they assigned Maniesh Shankar. Again he was Pathetic in his Counselling services. The Counsellors of Jamboree are rude, unprofessional and have lack of knowldege. They were of no help for me.Even the Writers were of no help and very rude unprofessional. I made a mistake giving my money to Jamboree. I want action to be taken immediately or want my money refunded ASAP, else I am going to sue these people for sure. Request people out there not to waste there money and time in Jamboree. They have the pathetic customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Monika,
This is in reference to your above complaint. I believe you were in regular touch with me regarding your admission process. You had enroled for 3 schools but we did 4 schools in return for you i.e. IIM B, ISB, Woxsen and Myra with our writer and counselor. We then were able to assist you for the mock interviews as well for Myra and SP Jain with our interview trainer. Out of these, we were able to secure an admit for you from Myra Business School. We have been trying to contact you through numerous calls and even mailed you but no response.
Do let me know and I will be more than happy to speak to you on the same.

It is surprising to know that after having problem with Javed, you are mentioning Maniesh Shankar's name, as he is an undergrad expert and not the MBA.
