When I had purchased i20 vehicle from the ARISE dealer of srinagar, they neither offered test drive nor 5 liters of petrol. And above all they didn't even bothered to oblige the customer with benefits assured by them on file. Before your reputation will sink, you requested to find another customer cared dealer. They are cheating every one but few may complain. Your dealer had cheated me and obtained Rs 10500 from me for getting my newly purchased i20 vehicle registered from RTO, when the actual fee is Rs 8700 only. On enquiring of the amount the dealer namely ARISE situated at Srinagar informed that Rs 1500 has been taken by bank financer which was denied by them. Report was sought from concerned RTO who confirmed that dealer has cheated me. Was this information helpful? |
