I am a civil Contractor from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra India writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of a Stop Cork from Jaguar company. The product was acquired through Master Plumbing, situated in Maratha Bhavan Building, Vashi, Sector-15.
Upon fitting the Stop Cork, it became apparent that the spindle was entirely non-functional, resulting in significant water wastage. Despite promptly notifying the shop owner of the issue and requesting a replacement, we were informed that it would take 24 hours to address the matter. Faced with this delay, we had no choice but to procure a replacement spindle from an alternative store.
What is particularly disappointing is that a product supposedly backed by a 7-year guarantee failed to operate for even a brief duration.
Given the inconvenience, additional expenses incurred, and the breach of product quality expectations, we are compelled to explore legal action against both Jaguar company and the shop owner.
