[Resolved] Jaquar — Hair line crack on the body of toilet closet white vignette model wh-wc

I purchased two closets from jaquar local supplier modern sanitary, thrissur (Kerala). While unpacking observed small crack on the body of one closet. Jaquar service personnel was called and his view is that this might have happened during transportation from local dealer to my house site.
From the crack it is evident that this is sure case of manufacturing defect.
Local dealer refused to replaced this defective unit.

I send emails to jaquar and no response from them.

Jaquar did not resolve the problem. District consumer forum awarded 12000+5000 Ruppees (legal expenses), and Modern Sanitaries(local supplier)

Consumer protection case filed through Thrissur consumer Forum.
Forum awarded cost o[censored]nit 12000 ruppees + legal charges 5000 rippers. The local supplier Modern sanitary paid DD for 17000 rippers and case solved
