Jaquar — Jaquar Geyser Lead to FIRE IN HOUSE

This has reference to my complaint reference no R 0755624A of 16th July 2021 and I have been continuously sending the reminder to get the replacement of the burnt geyser . Please note if Jaquar is not giving response, i have to file a complaint on edaakhil.com along with all the case details and fire report.

Please note that Mr Shambhunath Pandey visited my house C 35 Suraj Mal Vihar, Delhi -110092 on 12-08.2021 and collected the burnt geyser( Copy of the Jaguar Job Card attached herewith). In this regard, I have not heard any thing from Jaguar customer care of Rohit who was following up with me regarding the ownership documents which were given to him after which the geyser was picked up by Jaguar Mr Pandy on 12th August 2021. Please note we have purchased the floor from builder and given you all the documents of ownership giving details of Jaquar fittings . As this was a floor apartment bought from builder in 2019, it is difficult to get the invoice copy from builder as the agreement mentions the details of all fittings.

I would appreciate if Jaguar Management update me regarding the status of the geyser as due to the fault in geyser not only geyser got burnt but my house walls and other furnishings also got fire which lead me to repainting and replacement of wires etc leading to higher damages.

Would appreciate a reply and replacement of the geyser.

Bought 200L JAQUAR water heater heat pump. Developed defect(internal leakage) in warranty period. Lodged complaint. After checking JAQUAR company promised to replace it. More than 2 months have passed since, nothing done. Hopeless after sale service by JAQUAR. Never buy any JAQUAR product.
We have bought new 25 litres Jaquar Geyser but it got some defect which lead to Fire in the house. We have provided all the documents and video of the burnt geyser, Jaquar executive taken the video along with collection of the burnt geyser in July' 2021 promising that you will get a new geyser within few days. I have lodged a consumer complaint on national consumer court as well but till date they have not delivered the geyser though every time I ask they say, we are in process to get you the new geyser. it is more than 4 months I am following with them and NO SENIOR MANAGEMENT or SERVICE PRESON have responded or called me, nor they give me MR MEHRA's email or number to go and meet the Managing Director
