Sir,

This is very depressing that after selecting a known brand for the cistern(CONSEALED), our problem is not getting resolved.
We have purchased the same on 30th of Nov 2023 and today is 06th of jan 2024. In this 2 months we have suffered like anything because water is leaking all the time.
We keep on lodging the complain your people come and service the same and again the same issue.
Please understand it is a matter of HYGINE and we are being harassed and tortured by a product of yours and we are not getting any permanent solution and as it is a concealed product we are afraid of the choice we have made.
This urges me to put it in writing so that we can resolve it asap.
Expecting a prompt action.
