Jaquar — No Response from Jaquar for the service request about water leakage due to defective flush system

We have raised the service request (Service Call No[protected] o 16th May 22 about the water leakage problem due to defective flush system of the Jaquar Commode. While we have received the acknowledgement of service request with the above service call number, we have not received any response from Jaquar support team/customer care/representative. We have been repeatedly following up for this service request through emails however there is no acknowledgement or response from Jaquar. We already have a shortage of water and Jaquar defective item and ignorance to the complaint is causing wastage of important natural resource. Leakage issue is causing inconvenience to my parents who are senior citizens. Request Jaquar to resolve this complaint urgently.
