This is to inform you that we have been trying to get our Steam Bath Fixed From 8 Months, and itâs really disappointing to say but your CUSTOMER service is ### in Madhya Pradesh Region. First I was running behind Your CUSTOMER service employee (Satish) In Jabalpur, logging complain again and again to get it fixed but there was no response and even if there was a response they would just come home check the Steam Unit and say we find nothing of a problem here I donât know why it is not working and they would go back and then again I have to take months of follow up from them in order to get a proper response. However, then I tried to CONTACT the head of MP (Ankit) whom I thought will be able to HELP me out with my Steam Unit Issue, but he turned out to be the same and now I am taking follow up from him and he is not able to resolve the issue either, which is again going for 3 months at least. After calling for more than hundred times they showed up to my home again and now they are telling me that the PBC Unit is faulty and has some burned marks, which I personally think is BULL###, because they couldnât see the PBC was faulty the first two times they visited. They just now want something to pin point because they canât understand for ### what is wrong with my steam unit. And also replacing the expensive item in the steam unit a little bizzare.
This was not the kind of the services which I have gotten earlier since I got the Jaquar Products Installed, and slowly it has been a pain to get just one item fixed at my home, then whatâs the point of paying premium price for the product if I Canât even get the basic service which I need. You guys claim 10 Years of Warranty and it has only been 6 Years since I have gotten the steam Unit Installed. Please Revert Back At your earliest with the proper response or actions about the issue, because I think as company you are better than that or else youâll just loose your valuable and loyal CUSTOMER for the ### service provided in the 8 Months. GET MY STEAM UNIT FIXED.
