Jaquar — Tap fixed in kitchen

The tap fixed about an year back had already gone about six months back and the plumber repaired by replacing the spindle which cost me 250 or so. Again the the tap is simply turning and water is not coming but is leaking since yesterday. When it was complained yesterday at service point in Bengaluru it was informed that he is on leave and is coming on Monday. when again he is called today the same reply coming on Monday. The service is very very poor and the quality of tap provided may also be very poor. It is worst than a plastic tap. Please ensure that the tap is replaced immediately or get it repaired.
