Jawed Habib Hair And Beauty Salon — Kera smoothening washed after 3rd wash

In January i visited to jawed Habib MGF mall select City saket branch.
Where I ask the staff for keratin treatment.
They suggested me to do kera smooth instead of keratin treatment as it'll give your hair a better texture and will last long upto 1 year .They did kera smoothening and charged Rs 11000 which is a huge amount.
But after 3rd wash it washed away and my hair became dry.
I informed that staff but he replied that he can't do anything in this matter.
After paying this much huge amount i left with a guilt why I choose jawed Habib.
Please consider this and help me out
