"PATHETIC" response from the outlet... I have been visiting regularly for hair cuts and beard trimming and everytime I have experienced unsatisfactory response with different reasons...
1) Most of the employees change regularly... Due to this the style changes and u become speachless

2) They say to book appointment for timely hair cut but as per my experience, I have not got the service done anytime at the said time...

Today I had booked the appointment by 12.00 PM for 5.45P.M... I confirmed them again by 5.00P.M that I would reach by 5.45P.M... They confidently accepted...

I reached at the same time and still waiting since almost an hour for the service to be done. i was informed that it will take 10Min amd its been an hour and still no response.I dont know how this comment would be shown to public interest but if at all its true, I am still waiting for their response personally at the outlet, " IF" they read this comments of mine.

When I waited for 1hr and 15min, I got a reply saying that the employee named Afzal was sent on emergency by the owner of the franchise and so somebody elese would take up the service... I was shoked to hear this in an unprofessional way from the reception counter...

My question is, if I had to take the service from any other employee then why was it not inform me on time and why was my 1 hour wasted...?
Why is this outlet not treating the customers in a professional way...?

At this competitive world, there are lot of options around and if they can't keep the customers happy they should not be given business...

Being a brand called JAVED HABIB, it's not acceptable at all...

I need an apology for the tym wasted behind all this...

I hope this email is reaching to the concerned and a proper reply from your end is awaited for customer satisfaction if you value your customers to come regularly.

In continuation to my earlier email, since my service was not taken proper attention timely, I had booked the appointment for today at 10.00AM and I was confirmed that Mr. Afzal would be available. It's 11.10AM now and I would bring to your notice that he is still not here and I am waiting now.

Same problem, same service same dissatisfaction.

Can anyone be responsible for this and reply in a satisfactory manner.

I hope and await for your response.

I just had a talk on telephone with Mr. FARHAN, who is know as franchise head. First of all I would love to know the identity if Mr. Farhan is responsible for this outlet.

As per Mr. Farhan, he has urged me to take action against Mr. Afzal as this has been the mis behaviour from him since 2 months from the day he has joined Javed Habib. As per Mr. Farhan, they are thinking to terminate him.

Please look into this matter and I hope to hear from you soon positively.
