I went to jawed habib hair & beauty salon, kasba branch this afternoon. At the very beginning, i said that i want to do hair color and pedicure. What they normally do is, they apply the color and in the waiting time between the color and wash, they do the pedicure. So i was expecting the same will happen today as well. However, after applying the color, nobody bothered to show up for the pedicure. When i asked who will be doing the pedicure, i was told that i will have to wait a while. After 5 mins, i was informed that they will do the pedicure after washing the color. Which meant i will have to sit idle for 45 mins and then another 45 mins to complete the pedicure. They could have told me so at the very outset. Then i would have changed my plans and come some other day. Time is an important factor. Why would they assume that i would have all the time in the world? Upon telling them that i was not informed about this delay, they said they only have 1 staff for pedicure and she is presently busy washing hair. If they have only 1 staff for pedicure, then why could someone else not be engaged in hairwash? And as a client, how do i know that there is only 1 staff for pedicure? Is it my job to find out? During billing, the receptionist moumita told me that had i taken a prior appointment, this would not have happened. Well, then if she knew that i had not taken an appointment, was it not her duty to tell me that since i had not taken an appointment, my time would not be respected? When it comes to pushing products or hair spa etc, they are quite proactive. What happens when it comes to giving proper service? Was this information helpful? | |
