We had booked 5 units in bhagtani riyo phase 2 in 2013 under prelaunch scheme... Possession was mentioned in allotment letter as 2018... We have made payments of approx 50 lacs being 30 % of each unit... As yet the construction have not started... And we hv recvd letters of cancellation of project and been on told to wait for payments... They are not returning payments.. And further we are told to wait for 3 tears to hv payments... Transfer is on also given on projects.. Which s also not started.. So it s like stuck again without any solution to our hard earned money Was this information helpful? |
