I have booked a 1bhk (Woods - 302) and paid 17 lacs to get allotment letter in mar’3015. After 3 years due to non compliance of builders promise i wish to get back my money with interest and want to file a complaint against jaycee homes for fraud causing mental distress duping me of my hard earned money. I have allotment letter from jaycee homes for the said flat (Woods - 302).

I have paid 30% downpayment but yet to recieve any response. Its been 4 years. If someone can let me know the status i would appreciate it

Invested close to 13 lacs in Savannah project, Kanjurmarg in 2015. Received the information from the builder that the project did not get approvals and will not be launched. However, there is no response from the builder regarding refund. They are not responding to phone calls or emails.
