[protected] is my order id, although i must appreciate sometimes they are very coopertive and offer good valuable n trusted products but not all the time it appears. they uploaded this product under "magnetic sunshade" and even it it's specification section it is mentioned as magnetic but when i recieved their product it is not magnetic, it has a packaging of some "eagle automobiles" with a very horrible stitching on the border which might tear anytime. i have contacted there customer care too but after pressing my desired button it is getting disconnected too. even when i chatted with the customer care he is saying it is not written magnetic and another customer care is saying i hv to get it installed from outside. each one is giving different kind of answers, pathetic customer care. i just want either refund or exchange with someother desired product.
