I placed an order of "Flip Flap Solar Powered Dancing Plant With Perfume-Pink" on Jazzmyraid on 16/10/2015 and paid an amount of Rs 288/- through Net banking.I received an acknowledgement as shown below: "Dear Customer, Thanks for placing your order with Jazzmyride.com through the website Jazzmyride_com. Order Number - [protected]. This mail is to confirm the dispatch of your above mentioned order. The dispatch details are mentioned below : Courier - DTDC Tracking (AWB) Number - Z70227756 Courier Website (for Tracking) - For any further queries please feel free to contact us at : Email - [protected]@jazzmyride.com, Call[protected]". As i had not received the ordered item till 23/10/2015, i sent an email to above mentioned email address. Immediately they sent an reply mail as shown below: Jazzmyride.com (jazzmyride.com) Oct 24, 11:40 Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We are coordinating with concern department for this issue and will get back to you shortly.Please allow us some time. Your request (40617) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email. Thanks Have a Jazzy Ride ! [protected] Whats App Number: [protected]. another week passed by, I sent another mail on 28/10/2015 mentioning my unhappiness and requested to cancel the order and credit the amount back into my account. Nov 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Jazzmyride.com conducted through mobile and informed their inablity to supply and ready to refund the paid amount and within 4 days i had recieved refund through my account.
when i tried to contact them through the same mobile number to thank them, they have not attended.
