JBL — Horrible warranty service

Your ### company had taken more than 2 months for the product to be replaced in warranty. I asked replacment of my bluetooth headphone and you replaced it with wired one and its more than 1 month since i launch a complain for a wrong product being replaced.Not ### single response from you side ###.
If you have a such bad service dont write in product it self that we dont provide warranty.
