I bought an JBL true wires buds in Amazon.in on[protected].
I had a lot of issues with the product. and we went to nearest service centre to get it repaired. we got new product from the brand and after that, new product stops working and again we have been to the service centre located in Angola(523002) and they said, I have to contact the online support to get it repaired. and I contacted the online customer support. it's been a week...

My Bluetooth speaker infuze 700. Frequently causing battery low issue with in 6 months of purchase. I thought it was a battery problem. But I find out it's the battery chip issue. When I plug in to the charger it just got to the full charge wit in minutes. And when I again power it on it again sounds powering off.
I didn't get any service centre near 200km radius. It's been a year now. Now I have complaint to customer care. They said...

I have ordered a jbl earphone on 28/05/2021in LT online store.the cost amount has been deducted from my account without any reference no.and also showing no orders in my LT account....

As im facing some problem with my JBL bluetooth speaker i call JBL customer service and after talking with JBL customer care they arrange a pick-up for my product and i submitted my speaker with box and charger... After some days pick-up service called me and said, ' service center return yo product as no return address mentioned so you have to take it back...i said okay and after that till now i didn't get my speaker back.. #trashJBLservice...

I purchased a JBL Bluetooth speaker. Flip 3 from Amazon on 17th May 2019 with a 2-year extended warranty. Within 3 months the product had some charging issues. So I decided to give this product to the JBL customer service center. JBL customer service center arranged the product pickup from their end. I packed the speaker with the bill. I had bought JBL FLIP 3 grey color on 2nd December. Submitted at Service Center on 4th December as it was not working.
Its been more than 3 months and Still the product is in repair under process status.

I have sent a product under replacement on Jan 7th, the company received the product on 16th Jan. Your ### company had taken more than 2 months for the product to be replaced in warranty. I asked replacment of my bluetooth headphone and you replaced it with wired one and its more than 1 month since i launch a complain for a wrong product being replaced.Not ### single response from you side ###.
If you have a such bad service dont write in product it self that we dont provide warranty....

I had purchased two products of JBL headphones from its official website, one is wireless headphones and the other one is wired headphones. For wireless headphones it showed me Paytm cashback of 1000 rupees that is why I bought. I never got the cashback and for the wired headphones I got martial arts belt delivered instead of headphones.
