JBL — jbl 2.1 sound bar

I purchased a jbl sound bar in april 19 and within a month the sound of the sub woofer started distorting, on 25th may 19 i complained about it, twice the technicians visited and checked the sub and found that the speaker is defective and need to be replaced (On 04june 19, after that there is no news from jbl though been continuously calling them and mailing them. Their seniors are so seniors that they do not talk to customers (Seems they are helpless too), below are the few request no's i am mentioning though the actually list of complaints is much longer

Purchased harman product thinking of it as a world class company but sorry to say its behaving like this, even a lajpat rai market company gives a batter service.
