Hi,
I had bought JBL FLIP 3 grey color on 2nd December. Submitted at Service Center on 4th December as it was not working.
Its been more than 3 months and Still the product is in repair under process status.
These 3 months I was provided inaccurate information from toll free helpline. I have lost all my patience waiting for the product for which I have paid the money.
I have been continuously escalating the issue since last 2 months. Please provide refund and provide a replacement product if you are not able to repair the product.
Reply only if you have authoritative rights to provide me a solution instead of apologizing for the delay. I am not willing to take "please wait for a week or so" .
