JBL — JBL Soundbar 5.1 wireless speakers

Very worst product, customer care services. Services centers only call for closing of complaints. Better not to buy JBL product.
It's a fake news of it being a brand company and providing quality product and services.
In three months of purchase issue had started and till date suffering

Issue:
I had brought JBL wireless sound bar speaker after 2months of purchasing the speaker was not working, then it was sent repaired after a month. Again 2nd time same issue occurred within a span of few months and was repaired and sent back after a month. Again for the third time same issue has occurred and I asked for replacement or refund the company said they don't have policy of replacement or refund rather they would repair the product. But none of the technician arrived to sort issue later I got call from Bangalore JBL service center stating product is not under warranty and I wil have to do a paid service. But I said since problem occurred every now and then I asked for replacement. But now they closed complaint without my knowledge stating customers looking for replacement or refund. What am I supposed to do?

* on the second service I received a damaged product from Bangalore service center and later I got to know from customers care tht such products are not supposed to be couriered. The technician must come to place and rectify it. I have sent the photos of damages to JBL service center but none responded.
