I had brought cw100tws product from flipkart 3 months ago, now it's not working, As per your Customer care executive i have to break the headphone and share the photos on WhatsApp and i did the same on 10th oct 2020 but till now no reply came from your WhatsApp team need your support and help to resolve the issue as this is very shameful and bad services provide your reputed and branded company.
