I have sent a product under replacement on Jan 7th, the company received the product on 16th Jan. Since then I am calling them everyday for the replacement and the deadline is for 14 days, they keep promising callback from supervisors and its 19th Feb now and I still have not received the product, few of the customer care rep tell that the stock is not available and they dont even have proper updates on the replacement.
Also they are not extending the warranty, nor providing refund or replacement. Was this information helpful? |
