This message is regarding jbl india customer service
On 20th may 2019, i had purchased sb 150 cinema product and within a span of 4 months sub woofer got dead
And stopped working. I reported a complaint on 23rd sept 2019, and since then i have been literally crying and
Asking out for help. After one month later i. E around 25/26th oct 2019, technician came and took my device to the
Service center and till yesterday i had no clue when i could get it back!!!
Once again (Like ~50times) i tried to call them today and got to know, will be repaired by first or second week of december.
Dear jbl india, is this my mistake to purchase your product and crying to get device repaired at the cost of 3months!!!???
Why am i suffering??? Do you have any answers to it??
I have few concerns here,
1) have you mentioned any thing with your product, as if some thing goes wrong jbl will take months to repair this
As its a retired product???
2) ultimately i am the one, who suffered for 3-4 months without using it, am i going to get warranty extended???!!!
3) if you dont have same product for replacement, why dont you replace it with some other device with same range.
