JBL — wrong product received

I am chetankumar and i want to return the product as it is not same as i ordered. You were supposed to send me jbl earbuds but instead of that you delivered me a local earphone of around 50 to 100rs only.. I don’t want any other product in exchange but i want you to return my money i. E. ₹1599/- and the phone number and address you have given on the box for ‘return the product’ that is also invalid.
