Hi Team,
This is to inform you that I was 24*7 at home the previous week and had not received any call and still the parcel was marked as “door locked” and kept on hold.
My homeowners are also always present in the same compound but no call was made to me which is pathetic and delivery boy not calling us, then why did we give our phone nos.
Also, it is more than one week, no re attempt was done too.
It is not possible for me to go to post office and get the parcel because that is not something that I have opted for.
I want a call on my no. and re attempt the parcel this coming week.
I also raised complaint- [protected]
